The REASON® FrontLine™ methodology facilitates the recording of what is actually happening at the coal face. When issues escalate to a major fraud, a court case or the loss of a major contract due to non-performance the subsequent investigations always reveal a series of smaller incidents that when able to be seen together show that there is a critical business system failing. The big incident is the full escalation of that business system, or multiple business sytems failing.
